• Individual Counseling $100.00
• Couples session $150.00
• Family session $150.00
• Parent/Child $ 150.00
• Substance-Abuse Assessment/Evaluation $250.00
• Initial Intervention (substance abuse) $250.00

NOTE: Should an intervention be undertaken, no guarantee is given that the person to be intervened upon will agree to seek the treatment arranged; neither that sobriety will be attained and/or maintained by the client who is abusing drugs and/or alcohol.

• Follow up sessions (substance abuse) $100.00
• Missed appointment w/o notification ($25.00 surcharge)
• Individual counseling sessions are for 60 minutes
• Family, Couples, Parent/Child sessions are for 90 minutes

NOTE: Client is responsible for any and all payments, and fees. If decided upon and mutually agreed to (sliding-scale) fees may be considered. Fees must be paid in advance of session. Prices are subject to change without prior notification of intent

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part.

Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for counseling services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
• Does my plan allow for teatment of my choice?

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept payment through Paypal or Cashapp.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 4 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
