THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION IS – PERSONAL/ CONSTITUTIONAL TORT!

It has been, and remains so, my experiential learning that the issue with our legal system lies not in the construct of its laws, nor even in the interpretation of such laws; but rather in the wickedness of men’s hearts, that have the responsibility for upholding such laws. Men and women who are motivated by greed and self-promotion. These men and women take an active part, in the great disparity of justice for the poor and disenfranchised, and justice for the economically privileged. No one denies that; what they do deny is that it is systematically perpetuated and intentionally distorted through the media, for the advancement and protection of the few, and exploitation of the many; the many include people of color and the poor; those who do not have the financial resources, nor social or political favor to hold the perpetrators’ responsible. Those who do have such ability are among the perpetrators or at the very least indifferent. Every area of our society is affected by the unspoken rule of “He who has the gold, rules the land… recently I was involved in an incident in the Passaic Vicinage of the New Jersey State Judiciary, where I had been an employee for nearly eleven years. This incident involved several instances of discrimination resulting in the unbridled act of bigotry and racism which led to a superior court Judge taking a report from his desk and literally, throwing it into my face, in plain view of two other witnesses; if that were not enough, he cursed at us, and threatened to make my job difficult and by assertion put my job at risk. Within several weeks of my reporting this to the trial court administrator and the local EEO office in human resources as well as the judiciary review board; I began to be written up for countless items and received disciplinary actions of 10 day, thirty day and 90 day suspensions within a three week period; this all ultimately culminated in my being fired from my job, under the pretense of my being incompetent, insubordinate and incapable of performing my duties, while on a probationary period (employee of nearly eleven years); of which I had performed my duties above and beyond what was required, with accolades. I had never had a disciplinary action in my entire time of employment. I was denied representation by the union in this matter, and each and every state agency that was to protect me from such atrocities ruled in favor of the courts (surprisingly).  I recently received notification of my appeal for which I had no legal representation and no formal briefing by the courts as to what my rights were. Needless to say my character and reputation have been severely damaged, not to mention the health issues brought on by the increased stress and anxiety. I have paid numerous consulting fees to attorneys (which I could not afford) and even been told by some, who willfully admit that they are not willing to jeopardize their careers, by taking on the judiciary; after all who am I (my words) although at the time of my being assaulted in chambers, that was exactly what I was told “who the hell do you think you are” while striking me in the face with a report. So I now intend to bring this matter to my peers and others through as many venues as possible until my government is held accountable for this gross misconduct. It has never been my intention to be vindictive or vengeful for what happened to me, but there simply must be some accountability; if the persons in our government, that we assign our well-being to cannot or will not faithfully, honestly and with integrity carry out their given responsibilities, they should not be allowed to hold those positions; after all, isn’t that what they’re saying of me? – or is this simply another instance of Americas double standard?
